I love this xx. I am at work on patrol at a hospital. Walking around in a bit of a funk but enjoying the solitude of my walk all around these empty buildings.
Beautiful plants all over, beautiful paintings. (3rd shift). I definitely need to work on boundaries as far as getting much needed sleep after my shifts & before. I feel bad as a mom sleeping during the day after work if my kids are home. But I’m struggling this week remaining awake and alert at work & driving home etc. I struggle with meditations, but I still sit & be still & enjoy them.
